All in all an awesome stay, the venue met requirements. For a 3 star hotel everything was brand-new, I appreciated to be here. The location of the venue was perfect, in south island. Moreover, it's just off a lovely old pub, the restaurant and fairlie looking forward to.

It has ideal and comfy location in get across bridge. It's close to shops town centre as well as a train station.

This hotel met requirements! Truly enjoyed spending my time in this fairly clean traditional venue. The breakfast had variety of YUMMY food and drinks. Comforts of incredibly comfortable and exceptionally nice room with balcony were fabulous. All of the staff was nice and fine. The location was marvellous, 5 minutes' walk to the center.

Had an awesome stay for one night on a work trip, it met requirements. I appreciated the hotel, it was huge and clean, location was great by the park. The yummy food was a good touch.

We had airy single room with a TV and the men's toilet plus balcony. The location was handy and decent, close to old town. There were a supermarket and a bakery around the hotel.

We truly enjoyed the comforts of this cheap hotel. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus. The bed was great, and the room itself was large. The personnel was very amiable and extremely friendly, and the host too. This was a handy and decent location close to the pub as well as supermarket and takeaway. Easily reached Carnegies, located relatively close to the property, had lunch/dinner there.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

The hotel was placed in the central location to shops town centre. The room was good little and large and equipped with the men's toilet and balcony, for example.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The lady at the reception was extremely helpful and made us feel right at home. The hotel itself was full of character and had a charming, old-fashioned ambiance. Our room was spacious with high ceilings, providing plenty of room for us to stretch out and relax. We were pleasantly surprised to find that a free breakfast was included, complete with tea and coffee. The shared lounge area was a great place to meet other guests and share local travel advice. Despite the hotel being old, it was clean and well-maintained. And the best part? No cockroaches! The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The rooms offered are reasonably large and airy with balcony, great pillows plus TV. The location is central, close enough to another pub and restaurant and the restaurant. Btw, it's just close to Morelea Farm.

the hotel is fairly clean and big size with really helpful and superbly friendly staff members. the location is handy, to shops town centre. the place to order dinner just a short stroll away from the venue is carnegies. when i am in fairlie, i like staying here.

My thanksgiving stay at this hotel was worth the money. The best aspects were the cleanliness and friendly staff. The rooms had sinks making them more comfortable, and shared facilities were clean and well-maintained. The hotel is located in the heart of the town, which makes it easier to access local amenities. The rooms had sufficient storage space, and the beddings were clean. The hotel also offered a complimentary breakfast that was enough to keep us going throughout the morning, with a variety of cereals and toast bread available.

The hotel looked a bit run down. The furnishings were outdated, and the carpet had holes.

Thirdly, the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the town center, making it convenient to explore the area and access local amenities. Lastly, the breakfast included was a great bonus, with a good selection of food available. this hotel provided great value for money and I would highly recommend it.
